Refund policy

Our books are digital downloads that you keep straight away, so we don't usually offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. We want every family to be happy, though:

• File problems: if a file won't open, a link doesn't work or a page is missing, email us within 14 days. We'll fix it or send a new file, and if we can't, we'll refund you in full.
• Wrong edition, or bought twice by mistake: tell us within 14 days and we'll swap or refund.
• How: write to hello@littlegreenchoices.com with your order email and order number. We reply within 2 working days.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method (card, UPI or PayPal) through the payment service you used. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it.

EU and UK customers: by downloading straight away, you agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once the download starts (the checkout shows this). Our 14-day help promise above still applies.
